Requirements

Experience in Aircond Installation & Servicing

Candidates should have prior experience in air conditioning installation, servicing, or maintenance. Whether you have worked independently or with a company, hands-on experience is crucial to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficient installations.

Technical Certification (Optional but Preferred)

While not mandatory, having an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) or refrigeration-related certification is an added advantage. Certified technicians are preferred as they have formal training in handling air conditioning systems, ensuring proper installation and maintenance according to industry standards.

Own Tools & Equipment

Applicants must have their own set of basic tools required for aircond installation and servicing. These include, but are not limited to, manifold gauges, vacuum pumps, wrenches, screwdrivers, and insulation tape. Having the right tools ensures that you can perform your job efficiently without delays.

Valid Driving License & Own Transport

As an installer, you will be required to travel to customer locations for installation, servicing, and maintenance jobs. A valid driving license and your own mode of transport (motorcycle or car) are necessary to ensure timely and efficient service.

The role requires individuals who can handle installation jobs independently while also collaborating with the CUCKOO team when needed. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues on-site are highly valued.

Physical Fitness & Safety Awareness

Aircond installation often requires working at heights, lifting heavy equipment, and handling refrigerant gases. Installers should be physically fit and aware of safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a smooth installation process.
